Chef Nic’s culinary journey began under Chef David’s guidance at his first Michelin-starred restaurant in 2003, where he honed his skills under the mentorship of a chef known for his improvisational style and instinct for innovation. Chef David, whose passion for cooking was sparked in his aunts’ village restaurant, built his career on creativity – crafting ever-evolving menus that highlight fresh, seasonal ingredients while rejecting routine in favor of spontaneity. From an eager apprentice to a sous chef in renowned kitchens, he eventually established his own acclaimed restaurants, always driven by a dedication to surprise and inspire.
Now, two decades later, the two chefs reunite on Friday, 18 April 2025, from 5:30 PM, bringing their shared history full circle. Together, they will present a limited-time tasting menu that reflects their journey – from apprentice and mentor to equal creators in the art of haute cuisine. The result is an exclusive dining experience that blends heritage, expertise, and a flair for surprise.
