Do I need to make a reservation or can I walk in?
It’s advisable to make a reservation, our restaurant can be booked via Whatsapp at +62 813-5326-6678 or website www.aperitif.com/reservations
What is the appropriate dress code for Apéritif?
Our dress code is s mart casual or cocktail attire is requested. We ask that you please refrain from wearing sports clothing or beachwear, including t-shirts and flip-flops.
Can you accommodate food allergies or dietary restrictions?
We do cater to certain allergies, however if it combines more than 1 item, please communicate with the restaurant staff to be able to consolidate with our chef.
Unfortunately, we are not able to cater to the following allergies without any notice:
No garlic, No salt, No coriander, No nuts, No ginger
This is because most of our dishes contain the above ingredients as key parts of the dish.
We have both vegan and vegetarian menu’s available as standard, it’s also possible cater to gluten free and lactose intolerance on the day.
Are there vegetarian or vegan options available on the menu?
We offer dedicated 7 course degustation vegetarian and vegan fine dining menu’s, which can be found on our menu’s page
Is your menu halal? Kosher?
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide Kosher menu but Halal is available with 24 Hour’s notice given.
Is there a corkage fee for bringing my own wine?
You are welcome to bring your own wine but it is subject to a Rp.450,000++ per bottle corkage fee.
How can I make a special request for my dining experience?
If it’s a special occasion, please let us know and we will endeavour to honour your special requests, we require 24 hours advance notice but cannot guarantee this at all times. Can you host private events or parties?
We do cater to groups, both in our main dining hall and in The Saloon (our private dining room). We can accommodate up to 12 people in our private dining room, the perfect space for private dinners and events.
Is there a children’s menu or are children allowed in the restaurant?
As Apéritif is a fine dining degustation experience, only children over 10 years and with a sophisticated palate are permitted. We are unable to offer a dedicated children’s menu. We kindly request guests accompanied by children to care after them so to guarantee all other guests a pleasurable dining experience.
How do you source your produce, or do you work with locals?
Yes, we prioritize sourcing our produce locally to ensure the highest quality and support our community’s farmers and producers.
What is the cancellation policy for reservations?
Cancellation of a reservation within 24 hours of booking time a full amount of deposit charge will be incurred. For no show and no cancellation email sent, the full amount of the booking will be charged. All deposits are non-refundable. Your credit card will show the charge as VICEROY BALI.
Can we move our booking to next day?
Yes, we can move the booking. Please contact us at +62 361 908 2 777 or res@aperitif.com with at least 24 Hours’ notice. However, a non-refundable 50% deposit from the total amount is required upon booking and it can be used for your bill settlement at the restaurant.
Is there a sommelier to assist with wine pairings?
Jean Benoit is our Head Sommelier, known as JB, and at your service to guide you to curate your wine pairing to your meals.
What is the average duration of a dining experience at your restaurant?
For a 7-course degustation dinner the indulgent experience lasting approx. 2.5hours.
Is there restaurant wheelchair accessible?
Yes, the restaurant is wheelchair accessible.
Is there onsite parking available for restaurant guests?
Yes, complimentary onsite parking is available for both cars and motorbikes.
