Credit Card Guarantees, Deposits & Cancellation Policy
– We require credit card details to secure all reservations at Apéritif. No charge will be made until your dining experience is complete.
– Reservations between 1 to 5 guests do not require a deposit, unless for a special event.
– For groups of 6 guests and above, a deposit of IDR 1,000,000 per person applies. Your reservation will not incur any charge if cancelled more than 24 hours prior to your booking time.
– Cancellation of a reservation within 24 hours of booking time, a charge of IDR 1,000,000 per person will be incurred.
– For no show and no cancellation notification, a charge of IDR 1,815,000 per person will apply.
– Where a deposit was required at the time of booking, the deposit amount will be deducted from your final bill. All deposits are non-refundable. Your credit card will show the charge as VICEROY BALI.

Dress Code
Our dress code recommendation is smart to formal. We just ask that you please refrain from wearing sports clothing or beachwear, including singlets and flip-flops. Apéritif is fully air-conditioned.
Food Allergies & Dietary Requirements
We require 24 hours advance notice for all food allergies and special dietary
requirements. This includes vegetarians and Halal.
Bring Your Own
Apéritif is famous for its exquisite food therefore consumption of outside food is
not allowed. You are welcome to bring your own wine but it is subject to a Rp.
450,000++ per bottle corkage fee.
Special Requests
If it’s a special occasion please let us know and we will endeavour to honour your
special requests, we require 24 hours advance notice but cannot guarantee this at
all times.
Children
We are delighted to welcome children who can appreciate and respect the fine dining atmosphere. A shorter menu is available for their enjoyment, although the full experience is also an option. Families dining with Children under 8 years, will be seated in a dedicated section of the Restaurant. Alternatively, the Private Dining Room can be reserved.
Smoking Area
The main dining area of the restaurant is non-smoking, however cigarettes
and cigars are permitted at the separate open air bar area.
Reservation Reallocation
Apéritif will hold your table for a maximum of 30 minutes after your reservation time, at which point we will release the table to other diners in the event of no show or late arrival. If you would like to have pre-dinner drinks in the Pinstripe Bar to enjoy our spectacular view, we advise arrival 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to your reservation time.
