Apéritif Restaurant Named One of the best restaurants in Bali by Condé Nast Traveller

Apéritif-Restaurant-Outdoor-4

We all know that Bali has a beautiful, potent blend of local gastronomic traditions and international influences. Indonesia may not yet have a Michelin-starred restaurant, although in 2025, Michelin awarded its first 21 Michelin Keys to hotels and resorts in Indonesia, including Viceroy Bali, which received a Michelin Key. The quality, creativity, and sophistication of the island’s current dining scene, however, certainly make a strong case for it.

In recent years, the game has changed. There is more artistry, and both Balinese and international chefs are drawing inspiration from the archipelago’s abundance. We are proud that Apéritif was listed by Condé Nast Traveller as one of the Best Restaurants in Bali.
