Being recognized as the world’s best red, a distinctive character of premium wines will accompany your classy evening. You’ll experience a 5-course menu crafted by Apéritifs Restaurant’s skilled executive chef – Nic Vanderbeeken. Dietary requirements and vegetarian/vegan alternatives are also available.
The enchanting and unique fine dining setting at Apéritif Restaurant promises an exceptional evening for guests. Enjoy a pre-dinner drink and canapés that allows you to be transported back to the roaring twenties. The dishes are a modern interpretation of a classical European style all naturally paired with the wines. The premium wines served include Finca Las Moras, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, and Unanime.
