He is a young entrepreneur who strives to develop new F&B concepts worldwide. His comprehensive experience in kitchen & concept development landed him in positions for esteemed international hotel brands like ​​L’Atelier de Joël Robuchon Bangkok as a pastry chef. Robuchon Bangkok group is fine dining royalty with 35 Michelin stars awarded to its restaurants globally. 

Achieving the status of a Michelin Star rating is one of the most desirable accolades for a restaurant. It allows consumers to know that it ranks as the best in the world for food and dining experience. In 2018, Chef Yannis Janssens made the dessert for the First Edition of The Michelin Gala Dinner.

Throwing back to 2019, Apéritif collaborated with Michelin Chef Yannis Janssens for Ubud Food Festival. This year Apéritif has created a special event as a part of our series “Bringing International Culinary Talent To The Island”.
