Add caviar to your degustation dinner; or enjoy a caviar-only a la carte menu in Apéritif Bar. The menu highlights the star ingredient 7 different ways, and if you’re indulgent enough you can add a “bump” of caviar to be enjoyed on the back of your hand.
On the Saturday 12th, renowned Mixologist Arey Barker (Bikini) joins Apéritif’s Panji Wisrawan in cocktail creations that will complement the caviar menu and ignite some Bar fun.
