Michelin-starred Dinner with Chef Julien Royer from Odette Singapore
The Michelin star dinner event hosted by Apéritif Restaurant in partnership with Chef Julien Royer and Chef Nic Vanderbeeken was a spectacular success. The event, which took place on December 4th, was attended by a number of food enthusiasts and connoisseurs, eager to experience the culinary mastery of two of the world’s most renowned chefs.
The menu, which featured rare ingredients, caviar, and champagne, was well received by all in attendance. The guests were impressed by the quality and freshness of the ingredients used, as well as the imaginative and inventive dishes that were presented to them.
The atmosphere of the event was sophisticated and elegant, befitting the prestige of the chefs and the restaurant. Many guests commented how wonderful it was to have both chef’s personally serve the dishes and spend time chatting through the complexities of the menu. The ambiance of the restaurant, combined with the exceptional food and service, made for a truly unforgettable dining experience.
Guests left with a present from Odette featuring a selection of homemade honeys and Aperitif gave a chocolate cigar and Negroni set. We absolutely can’t wait for our next three michelin star dinner.
