Apéritif’s door is always open for bringing International culinary talent back to the island and we are delighted to announce our latest partnership between Chef Julien Royer; Chef-Owner of Odette Restaurant located at the iconic National Gallery Singapore and Executive Belgian Chef Nic Vanderbeeken on the 4th December. This Michelin star dinner will feature rare ingredients, caviar, and champagne.
Odette Singapore is a wonderful example of fine dining, with three Michelin stars, as well as winning first place in Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2020. Odette serves Modern French cuisine that is guided by Royer’s lifelong respect for seasonality, terroir, and artisanal produce. He believes the most remarkable dishes are made with the purest ingredients, and to this day, this ethos continues to inspire him to bring authenticity to the table.
