Following the roaring success of the first collaboration at Saltlick, Chef Jeremy Hunt and Chef Nic Vanderbeeken reunite for another delicious chapter, this time set within Apéritif’s opulent 1920s-inspired dining hall.
The crown jewel of this collaboration is the Collab Menu — a meticulously curated selection that intertwines Saltlick’s signature in-house aged beef, kissed by custom-built wood-fired grills, with Apéritif’s innovative approach to global gastronomy. Each dish is a conversation—between land and sea, smoke and silk, boldness and balance.
