To celebrate this special occasion, our executive chef, Nic Vanderbeeken, has prepared two exquisite table d’hôte: the ‘Signature’ and ‘Avant-Garde’ 7-course degustation menu. 

Indulge in culinary delights such as Tokusen Wagyu Roast Carpaccio, Australian Lamb, Hokkaido Scallop, and Alaskan King Crab, all served with a touch of love as we celebrate the remarkable bond of motherhood. Both selections are complemented with a glass of champagne for all, and a flower for mom.
