To honour Bastille Day, Executive Chef Nic Vanderbeeken presents a 6-course French-inspired degustation, each course artfully paired with 5 distinguished wines from the iconic Rhône Valley wine house, M. Chapoutier. Expect a perfect pairing of luscious sauces, delicate bites, and bold Rhône flavours swirling together in every course, set in Apéritif’s grand 1920s dining hall, one of Southeast Asia’s most celebrated culinary stages.
From almond-kissed Marsanne to Syrah veiled in velvet spice, each wine reveals the soul of its soil. Edouard Payot, Chapoutier’s passionate Export Director, will guide you through the journey, sharing tales of biodynamic vineyards, Alpine roots, and the quiet wisdom of Rhône’s revered terroir.
