Chef Nic Vanderbeeken and his team blend global influences with locally sourced ingredients to create culinary gems. Stepping into our fine-dine restaurant feels like walking into a 1920s grand dining hall. Time slows, and elegance takes center stage.

The black-and-white marble floors gleam under the glow of antique chandeliers. Grand oil paintings and intricate baroque patterns adorn the walls. The soft rustle of crisp white tablecloths signals an evening of refined indulgence.
