Across two evenings, fire-driven techniques and precise craftsmanship shape a 7-course tasting journey that explores Basque-inspired flavours through Apéritif’s polished lens. Expect charcoal-led expressions, seasonal produce, and narrative-driven plates influenced by Chef Iñaki’s nomadic path and Amalur’s bold, ingredient-focused philosophy, balanced with Apéritif’s signature finesse, inviting you to experience not just flavours, but the stories and cultures behind them.
