The special evening commences with complimentary cocktails and canapés followed by a degustation journey of contemporary global cuisine with hints of Indonesia’s rich culinary culture, unfolding amidst the spectacular atmosphere of Ubud’s Valley of the Kings. Adopting distinctive traditional ingredients, exquisite produce sourced globally and the property’s own greenhouse harvest, the degustation menu is set to be the star of the evening (after the company of course). Guests can expect to enjoy a myriad of flavors; from the sea’s finest such as pearl oyster, red snapper, Hokkaido scallop, Canadian lobster and opu fish, to a more adventurous selection such as Foie Gras, Beef Tartare, Iberico Pork Pluma, Squab and Australian Wagyu. Guests can also opt for the vegetarian menu.
