Ubud, 2 September 2021 – Ubud’s most popular fine dining restaurant, Apéritif will debut in Seminyak at Frestro Bar and Restaurant. The takeover will be held from Thursday to Saturday, 2 – 4 and 9 – 11 September 2021 serving dinner, where guests can enjoy a 4-course menu priced at IDR 590,000++ per person and a 6-course menu priced at IDR 850,000++. The event will be led by Executive Chef Nic Vanderbeeken accompanied by Apéritif’s talented Restaurant Manager & Sommelier, I Made Yudiana as well as cocktails conceptualized by award-winning bartender Panji Wisrawan.
The team will showcase signature dishes including the Venison Wellington and seafood-based dishes such as cured King Kobia to Lobster Tortellini with Bisque and Kaluga Imperial Caviar, to Octopus served with Kemangi and Sweet Potato also Opu Fish with Uni Beurre Blanc sauce.
Guests can expect an enchanting dessert presentation from Chocolate Bounty to Milk and Honey to end their taste of Indonesia’s Best Restaurant as it takes over Seminyak. To enhance the experience, there are specially crafted cocktails from our mixologist Panji Wisrawan.
A luxurious dining experience with Old World touches
Housed in a spacious standalone building overlooking the jungle landscape at the renowned Viceroy Bali, the 60-seat restaurant is tastefully decorated in marbles, dark woods, and bronze elements to capture the convivially grand atmosphere of the 1920s. Making note of Indonesia’s rich colonial history, space is also dotted with authentic period photographs depicting the last Dutch-Indonesian Viceroys of Bali and Yogyakarta.
