Ubud, Bali – June 29, 2019 – Apéritif, the renowned fine dining establishment known for its global eclectic cuisine, is thrilled to host Chef Bradley Kilgore from Miami’s Alter restaurant for a unique four-hands collaboration dinner.

Chef Bradley Kilgore, a rising star in the New American culinary scene, will join forces with Apéritif’s Executive Chef, Nic Vanderbeeken, to craft an exquisite eight-course degustation dinner that highlights the essence of their respective culinary styles and philosophies. Chef Bradley’s terroir-driven creations explore and celebrate Miami’s diverse food culture and abundant local produce, all presented in a contemporary and enticing setting. In parallel, Chef Nic is dedicated to showcasing the finest Balinese and Indonesian ingredients, maintaining a commitment to offering exceptional tasting menus without compromise. His approach embodies global eclectic cuisine, featuring familiar flavors from diverse cultures while expertly weaving in Indonesian influences.

Apéritif is well-known for taking diners on an extraordinary culinary journey through its innovative degustation menus.

Chef Bradley made waves in 2015 with the launch of Alter, a tasting menu-only restaurant renowned for its Progressive American cuisine spotlighting indigenous Floridian ingredients. His culinary excellence has garnered recognition from prominent critics, including a four-star rating from The Miami Herald, the title of Best New Chef by Food & Wine magazine, and the distinction of Restaurant of the Year by Eater.

Following the success of Alter, Chef Bradley established Kilgore Culinary, a restaurant group encompassing Kaido, an Asian and Japanese-inspired cocktail lounge, Ama, a hidden bar offering omakase experiences, and the latest addition, Ember, a wood-fired American bistro that harmonizes classic and contemporary cuisine. Prior to embarking on his independent culinary journey, Chef Bradley honed his skills at globally acclaimed restaurants like Alinea, L2O, and Boka.

These two distinguished chefs will collaborate for an exclusive one-night-only dinner, promising an exceptional culinary experience that blends the finest ingredients from Indonesia and beyond.
