Whilst the savoury dishes will be the finest Apéritif has to offer, the real stars on the menu come in the last half, the extraordinary dessert collaboration by Asia’s Best Pastry Chef Janice Wong and Apéritif’s Head of Pastry Dayu Chinthya.
This collaboration aims to showcase the talent of young female chefs in Asia, and offers a distinctive gastronomic adventure. Chef Janice Wong is a chef, artist, chocolatier and entrepreneur with cutting-edge creations that have garnered her worldwide recognition; accolades such as being named Asia’s Best Pastry Chef two years in a row by World’s 50 Best Awards. Her outlet in London’s Selfridges Oxford Street is a tribute to the pinnacle of her culinary career.
