Apéritif Restaurant has secured nearly all of the allocated Le Puy wines in Bali, making this an exclusive partnership for the event and onwards, because we believe in aligning with the winemakers’ work method – to preserve all elements of their natural ecosystem with no chemicals, while keeping the appellation safe.

Frédérique Roine, Château Le Puy’s Global Ambassador, will be present at the dinner to impart her wealth of knowledge in winemaking. Let Madame Roine unveil the secrets behind these legendary biodynamic wines, crafted in sync with nature’s rhythms. Witness the full philosophy come to life in your glass – a deep purple hinting at the complexity within, a subtle nose blooming of ripe grapes, and a finish so seductive it invites exploration.

Seven courses dance delicately with the grapes, entwined in a vibrant melody. Imagine the earthy strength of Venison Wellington matched to the rich, complex bass notes of a deep Château Le Puy Barthelemy red. Every mouthful is orchestrated by our esteemed sommelier, Jean-Benoît Isselé, and Executive Chef Nic Vanderbeeken. Each dish is an original masterpiece designed to pair with distinct wines from Château Le Puy.
