Fine Dining Bali

A remarkably well done throw back to the 1930’s, sets the scene for one of the best degustations I’ve had. Starting with well crafted cocktails in the ‘club’ bar, it wasn’t long before our pallets were satiated by the most mouth watering blends of flavours, textures and sensory pleasures.

Amazing Birthday Dinner .. I felt like I was one of the Master Chef judge that all food came out has a uniquely taste.. worth the pay to eat such kind of food and thank you to all the staff who were so hospitable and knowledgeable with all the food they served.. To all the Aperitif Staff and Chef job well done thank you for celebrating my birthday with a sumptuous food and ambient. Bravo!!!

I added caviar to the 5-course lunch course. Everything was great. Much better than I expected. Most of all, they're really crazy about dessert. And thank you to National Geographic channel for introducing me to this restaurant. :)

The restaurant is within the Viceroy Hotel in Ubud. Elegant restaurant, designed and furnished nicely. The cooking is from with an open kitchen concept. They had a variety of menu when we decided a 5 Course lunch menu suffices. Alternatives and additions to the 5 course is also made possible. The courses came one set at a time. Well presented and each course was explained by the servers! All the dishes tasted good! We also ordered a bottle of red wine to accompany our food. We enjoyed the menu!
